Our role in today’s global market place as the buyers agent and /or the seller’s agent is the following:
We obtain trade leads or specific product orders from an overseas or American buyer. We secure a
prescreened buyer for the pending prescreened wholesalers, distributors, suppliers and or merchants with
the requested product line and the negotiations begin!
We secure an export quotation which must include the incoterms, pricing factors, US dollar price range
description of goods, unit price, product quantity, part number if applicable, packing, means of delivery, (e.g.
Ocean or air) specific manufacturer, or alternative manufacturer’s delivery time such as no rush,
urgent/immediate or schedule, payment terms, the buyer’s company name, authorized purchasing agent’s
name, email address, telephone and fax
number.
We request the buyer to stipulate any additional comments and or instructions to complete the transaction.
We assist in the delivery arrangements if needed.
Typically, the buyer makes payment through electronic bank transfer or confirmed irrevocable letter of credit to
our account or the seller’s account
with assignment of proceeds outlined.
JET Carson & Associates LLC agent fee for facilitating the transaction is a percentage which is negotiable for
the life time of the transaction.
