Overseas or American Suppliers

JET Carson & Associates LLC encourage our seller’s/suppliers to sign an International Chamber of
Commerce (I.C.C) Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure and Working Agreement with our company.

This document would allow our company to avail to the seller’s/suppliers company direct access to the
buyer and prevent our company from being eliminated from the transaction in the short and long term (5-
15% agent commission on the gross sale price of the products desired) which is negotiable based on the
terms of the transaction. The seller’s/suppliers company will list our company on the irrevocable
confirmed letter of credit with assignment of proceeds for the 5-15% agent’s commission fee for the
lifetime of the business relationship. As an incentive to this agreement we will source all of the trade
leads- overseas buyer’s for their product line to the agreeable seller /supplier. If JET Carson & Associates
LLC trade lead affords a buyer or a seller a service level agreement or an exclusivity contract due to the
nature of the transaction. JET Carson & Associates LLC commission payout shall be incorporated in said
contract for the life of the arrangement which remains negotiable at renewal.

We are in business to do business. Our goal is to develop long term business relationships that are
prosperous for each company involved.

Overseas or American Buyers

With our buyer’s we are open to negotiate our commissions with an service level agreement or exclusivity
contract for long term trade transactions (1-3 years) if desired after the first three large transactions. This is
a formal written agreement made between JET Carson & Associates LLC and the buyer’s company. The
service level agreement or exclusivity contract itself defines the basis of understanding between the two
parties for delivery of the service
itself. The contents of the service level agreement or exclusivity contract will vary according to the nature of
the service requested, but usually includes a umber of core elements, or clauses. This should include a
specified level of service, support options, incentive awards for service levels exceeded and/or penalty
provisions for services not provided which is negotiable. JET Carson & Associates LLC encourage our
buyer to sign an International Chamber of Commerce (I.C.C) Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure and
Working Agreement with our company as well.
